DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The company told me different things over and over and didn't show up to any appointments. When I spoke to someone they threatened me by saying that they had my address but I didn't have theirs. Police have been notified as well as the BBB.

Paul did a great job in assisting me with a stain in my daughter's room. My daughter had gotten suck and thrown up. Unfortunately prior to this she had eaten Cheetos so if you can imagine the stain was a bright orange... which does NOT look good on a beige carpet. Now because of Lone Stars great service my carpet looks like new again!! If you have a stain on any of your carpets this is the company for you!!!
I had scheduled an appt this morning. They didn't show up until after 2:30pm and I pre purchased a groupon to try these services. The tech refused to clean my 3 bedrooms and hall way. I have no children in my home and he said he couldn't clean it because the groupon didn't cover dirty carpet cleaning. What did it cover? Cleaning clean carpets? A complete waste of time. I had even added extra services, stairs and extra room and was definitely out of their service area and was prepared to pay extra for the milage. Never again ... read more
We've used Lone Star Carpet Car and Restoration a total of two times now to replace patches in our carpet. Not only were they on time but, John, was courteous and polite and was very understanding and helpful while here. We have hired them for a third time coming up this next week to do a carpet cleaning. If you have rips, tears, holes, whatnot in your carpet or just want it cleaned I recommend them 100%. They do amazing work and are great people. Definitely my top choice for anything carpet or upholstery related.
We picked up a groupon for a little spring spruce up and the customer service has been OUT OF THIS WORLD! And, our house looks AMAZING!
