We recently bought a 2023 Escalade Sport. We were lied to about rear entertainment being the same as originals , got some cheap knock off ones. The management team did not want to refund the money even though they were at fault, said that they already had paid for the aftermarket screens and did not make it right for us. We were always assured it would be the originals screens therefore we did not ask no further questions. If aftermarket was never mentioned that wouldve of been a deal breaker for us. I purchased a 2019 XT5 May 2,2022. My salesman Mr. ATA Barakat, Such a wonderful man...nice, kind and very professional. He took care of my needs and provided me a great cadillac experience. I highly recommend you seek him if you need assistance at Lone Star Cadillac. You will see all the stars on his top shelf in his office he earned. Well deserved and well earned. It was something about his presence that assured me I was with the right salesman. Thank you Mr. Barakat.
If you want horrible service after you purchase a Cadillac, come here. My first oil change and seat rattle appt. took over a week and no calls from service advisor. I sceduled my 2nd oil change and was told no loaners any longer and I would have to wait. WOW! I never had these issues when owned by Massey. Would not recommend to anyone. This dealership needs to read Carl Sewell's book. Huge fail and thumbs down.
Ata Barakat was my salesman on 1-14-2021 & Sonny was the finance guy that told lies about the warranty. Ata promised me that the tires on the 2017 XTS I purchased, would be in great condition instead they were bald. Garland Cadillac allows nice luxury vehicles to leave their dealership with bald tires. Incompetent, untruthful and deceitful. Vehicle registration and plates is a simple task. I could add more detail, but Garland Cadillac isn't worth anymore of my time. And, the vehicle will be serviced elsewhere. Thankful to be done with Garland Cadillac!
08/23/2021 I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION AND THEY DIDN'T NOT ROTATE THE DRIVER SIDE TIRES . I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGES OF IT NOT BEING DONE ON MY DRIVER SIDE ONLY AND VIDEO OF HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE THE GM WAS TOWARDS ME IM REQUESTING A FULL INVESTIGATION

I bought my 2019 Cadillac XTS in May 25, 2020. That day I drove my car home without the dealership cleaning/detailing my car. They told me to bring it back and they would. I got tint put on my car so it pushed me from bringing my car back to dealership to get cleaned. Today on June 19,2020, I brought my car to get detailed and for them to fix my door that was damaged before I bought it. I bought a jeep compass ** Dec 12, 2019. They told me the car was inspected and in good conditions. A few days later, I noticed an oil leak. The leak came from the Oil Pan. They told me to take it to any Jeep dealer for repair. I took it and the tech told me the leak resulted from the Bolt Cap being stripped due to the faulty workmanship done at the last place they change the oilCadillac of Garland.
