I see a lot of negative reviews but I have gotten 2 vehicles with them and had an amazing experience. I have never had a problem with customer service if you communicate they help. Yes it’s a big down payment but it’s also short term!
These people are scammers and just wanna get you to get a car and then later find any reason to try to repo it, paper plates went out and the wouldn’t even give me new plates. Then had a hidden fee of 2,000$ after I made a down payment of 7,000 that I was threatening to pay in two weeks or they will pick up my truck. The young lady in the office has a major attitude and harasses you none stop and makes threats for her boss. Do not buy a vehicle for from these people!!!! This is the worst lot I’ve ever gotten a vehicle from. When checking the cars out I’d recommend bringing a mechanic with you. These sneaky people punched out the bulb for the check engine light so the truck would appear to have no issues. God knows what else they get away with. They are scam artists. You’ve been warned.
