Not friendly, very disorganized – The Hickory Creek HOA started sending us notices the week we closed on our home. On the day we moved in, our FIRST letter was a notice that our lawn needed to be mowed and shrubs needed to be replaced. No "welcome to the neighborhood" letter-- just a letter from them with fines. We have done an incredible amount of work on our home, and never receive notice about the positive aspects-- it's only negative correspondence.
