I've called 4 or 5 times over multiple days and it either just rings or I get a message about how they are on the other line. We have used them before and they were great but now I cant get anyone on the phone.
Ordering the part took a while. Once the part came in, the tech was quick with doing the repair work.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had, avoid this company at all costs. I've been waiting over two months to get my fridge repaired. While the technician seemed knowledgeable during the first visit, it turned out to be misleading. He missed issues that should have been diagnosed initially and later admitted, "I guess I missed it the first time."
