The entire staff was amazing. From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and caring. We truly appreciate the time they took to help and explain exactly what was going on with our fur baby. They made sure all of our questions were answered and everyone was very helpful. The office was spotless! My fur babies will only be going here from here on out! Thank you all so much! ❤️🐾

Had a first-time visit to the hospital today and can't say enough about Dr. Z and the rest of the staff at this facility! Extremely friendly service, generous donation of a medication, and lots of praise heaped onto the foster pup! I will definitely be returning to Lone Star for my future veterinary needs!
The best staff ever. We were on the way home to the valley from vacation when my dog that was 18 years old got sick. This woman from PetSmart called ahead to let them know we were coming and when we got there took Denver right back. The worst thing in the world happened that she passes away but not from the wonderful care the staff gave to Denver and us as her parents. The care did not stop there, the staff imprinted her paws and also cut a lock of her hair for me which I am still holding onto as I grieve for the lost. Also ... read more
