When I called Lone Pine Dental the morning after I'd broken a tooth, I was able to make an appointment to see the dentist the following morning. He took excellent care of me and got me fitted for a temporary crown until my permanent one could be ready in a week. The team was courteous, gentle, and efficient. 10 stars!
My experience with Dr Thein and his staff has been beyond my best expectations in every way. He is current in Dental Technology, Gentle, Kind and Professional. I highly recommend Lone Pine Dental, they are just the best! 😁
I highly recommend Lone Pine Dental. They are so professional, friendly and always on time. I have loved the attention to detail and meticulous cleanings by the hygienists. They have become a great addition to the South side of Bend.
Very good experience, low pressure, thorough. Other dentists I've seen have tried to pressure me into treatment I didn't feel I needed, but Casey was low-key about telling me of potential issues, offering options and letting me decide. Highly recommended.
I just got finished with my first appointment at Lone Pine Dental and it was amazing! I really appreciated their honestly and openness. I had been to another dentist who quoted me 4k for dental work that had to be done, so I decided to get a second opinion. Dr. Thein took new x-rays and walked me through everything he saw. Yes, I did have some areas to watch, but I didn't need to do work immediately (except for one spot), and I certainly didn't need a crown.
