Wayne Grizzell, of Lone Pine Appraisals, performed an appraisal for a property that we owned in the Spring of 2023. The reality is that the appraisal came in well beneath the contract value that was in place. It would be easy to assume that I am leaving this bad review because I was upset that we lost around $80k due to the low appraisal. Poor quality of people that work on this team & for this company. The lack of professionalism and the continued rescheduling is clearly incompetence on the team. But to knit pick the smallest of details, and change those small details you note to ones that were not previously noted, to continuously get another rescheduled visit, is theft.
