Awful experience. I reached out to Martin to ask him a few questions about one of his lots and to help him avoid a fine from the city because his lot (adjacent to mine) is severely overgrown with weeds, brush, and unmanaged vegetation. The condition is negatively impacting my property and others and is creating concerns regarding continued encroachment, pests, and potential fire risk from unmanaged dry vegetation. He was rude, impatient, offensive, and unprofessional.
We all have places to be but that's no reason to drive within 3 feet distance behind me and other cars on a 45mph road when all of us are already going 50, and then pass me at over 60 only to do the same to the person in front. Really dumb choice to do it with a company vehicle too, really helps your business.
