Dissapointing service I have had nothing but poor service with this Doctors office and the staff there. It started off with spelling my name wrong in their system on my first visit, then once I brought it to their attention, instead of correcting the issue the receptionist created a second file. This resulted in an issue the next time I visited for an appointment as they indicated I had no appointment scheduled. Mrs. I have been a patient for over 6 years. I was referred by my parents who had been patients for many years before that. Dr. Jack is a very knwledgable physician with an impecable bedside manner. He has added two other doctors two his business that are also wonderful. I have never felt so confident in a doctor before. I highly recommend him.
