Don't use this company if you want them to take your family for your personal items. family member passed how work or leased a truck from them and they refuse to release his personal items they claim they have to inventory his personal items and make family go to San Bernardino to claim his items instead of releasing his personal items here locally. Sounds like their trying to claim stuff for themselves Don't trust them.

They just scammed us out of $1000. Told us we owed this from something in the past and had to pay in order to move forward with another truck. Then denied us. Kept the $1k. They repo'd our truck last year after a few days late payment. We bought the truck outright in less than 30 days. Overall just a horrific scamming company. Went back cause of lower monthly payments but not with dealing with trash.

They can't wait to repo your truck if you're behind one payment. Don't care whether you were dead, in the hospital, had a family loss, or whatsoever. Watch out.!
