If I could give a negative star rating I would. I’ve bought 2 trucks from LM. They do not own these trucks, they finance them all. If you pay your truck off early, (before they pay the truck off) they take your money to pay the loan off and then months later you get the title. I can’t believe this is even legal. Customer service lies daily about where your title is and if it’s been mailed. Trucks have major Emissions issues they cover up just to get you to sign then 80 miles up the road the lights start coming on. Run Run Ru... read more

In the first 6 months after leasing my 2016 Peterbilt 579 from Lone Mountain, the ruck required over $26,000 in repairs and was out of service for more than 40 days. Repairs included a transmission replacement, Exhaust Manifold and ABS harness. When I reported these issues, they basically said it was my problem now. Write me at waltcollins@hotmail.com for copies of the repair invoices. DO NOT LEASE HERE.

Worse people to deal with. I wanted to get second truck when I paid off my first one and they told me I had issue with my insurance. When I was in that insurance last couple years. Only come up just getting another truck. The second thing they don’t want me to run different company. I was waiting answer for one week emailing and calling them with no answer when summit everything required . Finally after 7 days she answer. Nope we cannot approve you. Lock of customer service. They force you to get their own insurance. Watc... read more

I got a new 389 from them...3 years later got skin cancer...filed a medical bankruptcy BUT PAID MY TRUCK OFF IN FULL...called ooida to see if lm was still someone they would reccomend...was surprised to hear ooida say they've been hearing a lot of complaints and negatives...ooida would know. I put in my request any way but the medical bankruptcy 3 years old killed it...even tho I have a savings account in thes... read more

Absolutely the worst company to deal with! They advertise one and then try to trick you into putting more money down and asking you tricky questions. Team drivers cost more, and if they see you don't have around 30k extra they will deny you. They ran my credit, then spoke with me and told me I had to have more money in order to proceed! SCAMMERS! From 2700 to $3600 a month and more money! Sales Rep: Chad Underwriting: DON DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, KEEP AWAY
