Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Yes Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Not really Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind? They took a generally holistic approach to the environment within the office and I appreciated what they did. Were handicap accommodations well done? Yes

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
