Went for lunch and an air boat tour. Were seated and ignored for 10 minutes. Never given water or drinks even after our order was taken. Went to the bar to get waters, bartender said the the waitress next to her, "I'm giving her tap water, I don't even care." So I look around and all the tables have bottled water. I ask if they normally give bottles and she says yes but the owner does not want them giving it out.
