HIGHLY recommend this company. We had a hard time finding someone to come out and repair our hot tub. After reading reviews about London’s we gave them a call and they were kind enough to try to troubleshoot over the phone to save us money from a house call. The troubleshooting was not successful so they made an appointment very quickly and were promptly on time. The technician was extremely friendly and honest. I definitely would not use them again. I specifically asked if they needed a photo of our jet tub before coming out to ensure they had access. I was told they didn't need a photo that they are all designed such that repair people have access. They came out, told me they couldn't work on it because they needed a plumber to remove the tub, and then charged a service fee. Very unprofessional

London’s Pool and Spa is sensational! Within an hour, London was able to fix all the warranty issues I had incurred on the my brand new Aqua Living swim spa, of which I haven’t been able to swim from its installation 2 months ago. I highly recommend London’s Pool and Spa and I cannot be more grateful for the superb service I received!

London’s Pool and Spa is sensational! Within an hour, London was able to fix all the warranty issues I had incurred on the my brand new Aqua Living swim spa, of which I haven’t been able to swim from its installation 2 months ago.
