I can't speak on living in these apartments yet, but I've been dealing with Layne Underhill and she's been GREAT!
Bad management, decent maintenance
This is an income based apartment complex that has 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments. They have wood floor throughout, no carpet. They have nice appliances, but no washer/dryer hookup. Water is included in rent though, and they do have a place on site to do laundry.
