Run! Even though this is just across the street from Oak Meadows and run by the same owner, it is far worse. My friend's apt was almost broken into 4 times in the first 2 months. There are a lot of drugies and scary people walking around here all the time. Don't let the sign about cops fool you, they are hardly ever here. The sft is good, but rent also just jumped big time.
