I have lived at Londonderry for over a year now. I moved here because my parents lived here 20+ years ago and the pricing was fair. The maintenance is always very nice and responds fairly quick. When it comes to the actual leasing staff, I only deal with one agent because I know he will get my requests put in and I know exactly who put it in. This other person must have had some wild experience. I have lived at Londonderry for 4 years, I moved up here for a job and found it to be a nice place with decent pricing for this area. The amenities are great, indoor pool, huge outdoor pool, maintenance is quick (not always expert work but its also free), and the apartments are nice for the price. Londonderry Apartments In Gaithersburg MD.Warning Warning Warning, Lets first start with Angela Jackson. That lady treats her employees like crap. Not to mention how she talks to her tenants. I will never rent from Kay Management again. I will stay away at all cost. It seem's as if the company trains their employees on how to treat customers badly.
