Great place to live, been here for 17 years. Emergencies are handled immediately. Maintenance is the best and always goes above and beyond. All units have been remodeled and everything is new. The rent compares to other apartments in the area. I highly recommend Londondale and feel safe here.
Don't recommend if you can't deal with their unfriendly and very unorganized administration. Nothing is clear and they do not follow their own lease. Reps are rude, make up things, and blame tenants for their mistakes. I give them zero stars for communication. We won't be staying after the lease ends. Update: it's only gotten worse. Put in a work order for a kitchen GFCI outlet and to fix an exterior outlet which has the prong holes weirdly filled in and may not be grounded. This was their response: Please stop reciting code... read more
