Front end staff "don't answer emails or voice mails" so if you need anything talk to someone directly. But now when you talk to them they still don't know what they're doing or what you need. I'll call to ensure something is there for pickup and it isn't ready when I get there. Dr.Ekanem is a good doctor, but his office is poorly managed and Dr.Ekanem is probably very upset so many things go wrong there all the time. If I could I will give 0 star . I had a very concerning experience with Dr. Aquaeno Ekanem when I brought my daughter in for an appointment. I had several health concerns to discuss, including a skin issue, but he did not examine her and remained seated throughout the visit. Communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I tried to explain my concerns, I was interrupted while he focused on recording notes.
