Horrible experience here. If I hadn’t followed up, our taxes wouldn’t have been filed in the last year. They completely forgot about our account. There is absolutely no proactive counsel provided to customers. They provide absolutely no strategy or guidance to business owners. They take little care or intention in their responses.
