Awful experience living here. Nothing ever works (ac, disposal, dishwasher, etc). It was a nice apartment complex but within the past year the newer tenants have been leaving trash all over on their patio so it smells, not picking up after their dog poop (which are all over the place) and you can hardly find a place to park. The new person next door to us has between 5-10 people and kids at their place at a time. Yelling and screaming at 230am!! The absolute most horrible management I have ever experienced. Across the street is the low income housing however have started to move in here turning this place into a trailer park. Prices have gone up hundreds of dollars in the past few years for no fathomable reason. I moved in here over seven years ago and it was less than seven hundred and fifty dollars for a two bedroom. I’ve lived at London Village since 2018. We are on our 4th property manager since I’ve lived here and finally have someone who knows what she’s doing. Wendi is extremely helpful and responsive. I had an issue that I had been trying to get resolved for over a year - Wendi got it straightened out for me with a couple of days. She’s made some much needed improvements since she’s been here.
