I would highly recommend London Structural Repairs for any Structural works. James and his son did a great job when I had lintel failure and cracks were appearing above my front window. They are polite, punctual and tidy. Communication was excellent from when I contacted them right until the job was completed. All done for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
London Structural Repairs arrived the next day when I was concerned about some cracks in our kitchen walls and stairs - quick to respond, on time, very knowledgeable, reassuring - and honest. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive solution which I thought we needed, he reassured me there is no movement to be concerned about and gave valuable advice on how to fill the cracks. James at LSR did a great job of my bowing wall, and considering it turned out to be a rather difficult job due to unforeseen difficulties i.e.discovering the joists didn't run in the standard direction's, James got around it and the walls were tied. I had a good feeling about LSR prior to using them and my feelings were proven right. Thank you James for your perseverance under somewhat problematic discoveries. I'm more than happy to fully recommend LSR.
We had a side wall repair after signs of subsidence with James and his team. The communication was fantastic and a prompt survey was performed.
