I would like to thank James and John for their hard work in fixing the cracks in my property. The standard of work was exceptional, and I could not fault the communication through the whole process. I would have no problems in recommending this company to my friends and family. Overall 10/10!
For many years I had an issue in my utility room where one of the outside walls was constantly damp. I had used a number of builders over the years and none of them resolved the issue. James identified the problem and has corrected it! I have no hesitation in recommending James and his son John ( they worked together to resolve the problem). I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, hard working, friendly and reliable. Thank you James and John.
We had lintel failure so we came to LSR due to the positive reviews. We sent photos of our house and was provided with a reasonable quotation. Communication was excellent from quotation to completion. James and John were very polite and completed the work quicker than anticipated. The outside of our house was left tidy (you wouldnt even know they had been) and they did a great job on the house. Would highly recommend LSR.
James and his son attended punctually, explained the job and then carried the work out on time and on budget. The replacement window ledge looks very good quality and is tidily finished with pointing and weathershield paint. James even left me half a tub of paint to touch up my other ledges. Nice guys and very good at their job.
