This review is long over due but I wanted to say it has been a blessing to live at London Square. I lived there for 5 years from 2017-2022 . I am super thankful for the time there. Not only was the place safe, it was also very peaceful, clean, quiet, and without pests. Was blessed by a great management team, Lacey and Anna, who has always been kind towards me. Adding some details from my prior review as I'm moving out after being at London Square for something like 6 years and with Broadmoor properties for over 10 years. Wonderful staff, super helpful, friendly and accommodating office and maintenance staff, a great location in town, and comfortable, well maintained apartments. Ample parking, with garage option that's limited and extra when available. I was in a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious. There is truly no better apartments than London Square/Spring Tree by Broadmoor. Coming up on two years of residency at London Square, I have nothing but great things to say about the management, maintenance crew, and the residents of this building. They are affordable, and in arguably the best neighborhood in Omaha, historic Dundee. Tenets are quiet and respectful, the apartments are spacious, and management and maintenance are always extremely timely and responsive. The Broadmoor staff are always friendly and helpful! They're also very quick to fix anything when I put in a work order.
Amazing staff. It is in a great neighborhood and the property is clean and well maintained.
