I was told to call from my dr office as they couldn’t get my son in. I asked if they would see him same day, our dr said yes. Proceeded to call. My son was on speaker phone. Proceeds to tell his symptoms. Was told nope we don’t have room for you today. You should go see an optometrist. A few hours later my son sees an ER dr. Do they have different policies outside of Ontario Patients Rights? I have gotten a regular inhaler every month since I was 16. If it's allergy season or very cold weather then I might use it a little more but basically that's it. They have a monthly fee for over the phone prescription renewals. I tried to pay online and it would not process. This happened before and I let them know, there has to be glitch with the online form. Receptionist was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Didn't bother to understand the question, just a flat refusal and shutdown. Will not go back.
