London Properties has been a pleasure to work with over the past year. They made the rental process easy and convenient, and they truly care about their tenants and their properties. They upgraded our bathroom vanities and were diligent with any maintenance requests that we had. Highly recommend for any WashU students looking to rent off-campus!
As a WashU student, London properties has been such a blessing for close by off-campus housing. They've put in such great efforts to make our living situation the best it can possibly be by offering renovations, responding immediately to all maintenance requests, and having great customer service overall. They even follow through on some special requests we had for their renovations that were completely unnecessary. Great experience, they genuinely care about the living quality of their tenants, would recommend.
