I gave it 1 star because I couldn’t give it 0, total waste of time they do not care about their patients. I sent an email to reschedule 4 days before my appointment and they didn’t receive it so they cancelled my referral immediately without any thought. Please do not waste your time. Please find a doctor that actually cares about your kids.
Dr. D'Souza seems really nice however if you don't have insurance the secretary doesn't have the decency to let you know that London Pediatrics is a private practice & if you don't have insurance you have to pay out of pocket. I have never dealt with a "professional" establishment that didn't have the decency to let you know that your coverage isn't adequate & that you will have to pay out of pocket. Completely irrelevant waste of time. I drove two hours to go to these appointments and did not receive any kind of assessment or diagnosis either time. Instead we were chastised in nearly unintelligible rant, and were left with absolutely no understanding or diagnosis of any medical concept whatsoever. Great example of the state of health care in Canada though.
Prompt over and above care..very practical..felt special care for our family needs through tough times!!!
