Staff were attending multiple people at the same time, speaking in their own language, and responded rudely when approached. Very disappointed with the experience.
Had a shellac and the nail polish was old, sticky and through the day came off in globs. Kept fixing them in the shop and it should've been redone. No communication, no apology, no customer service, no hello. While we tipped anyway, we won't return.
Worst pedicure ever. Tech cut my skin around the nail was bleeding. Never said sorry. Now it’s the next day my toes are so swollen and in so much pain I can’t even walk. Update- 20 hours later have terrible infection on two nails need oral antibiotics and cream antibiotics for 14 days to treat a bacteria infection. Disgusting.
