I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The tools were not sanitized, and the nail file they used was extremely rough — it actually hurt and damaged my nails. I went in just to remove my shellac polish, but I left with scratched and injured nails because of the poor-quality filing. This is now my third visit, and every single time I leave unhappy.
