A subpar service and damaged goods upon delivery! Despite triple checking our oder and selection with salesman that was nothing short that a con artist, we had no choice but to be stuck with an unusable large order without any refund, follow up or apology. They call themselves “London Luxury” but have nothing to do with either! My wife called it a cash-grab scam and a I strongly advise against doing any business with them.
I’ve been waiting for my blanket replacement for 5-6 months. There’s no way to get a hold of anyone. I will never buy from this company ever again and I will tell ppl not to ever buy
They DO NOT respond to customer inquiries, do not follow through with warranty replacements. WILL NEVER order from here again or recommend to anyone. The worst company out there.
This company supplies Columbia with a cooling pillow. It was a great pillow for a month. Unfortunately, the pillow has lost all of its form and needs to be warrantied. It's the same story here as the other two reviewers: ZERO customer service. I've emailed their customer service three times (FYI: The warranty instructions on the pillow box say to email them. I had the same issue as Shelly. Goes to voicemail. Told me they would send a replacement pillow. Haven't heard or seen anything in two weeks.
