Terrible!! The delivery vehicle leaked oil all over my driveway. A trail up the whole length of the driveway and bog puddles anytime it stopped moving such as to unload. The office staff were very unapologetic and refused to do anything to correct the issue, either by a partial refund or cleaning up the mess. All they want is your money. I will never use this company again.Â
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HEADING TO COURT.....!!!!! Purchased a hot tub off this company in January with set up and delivery INCLUDED. After several delays the tub was dropped off in my backyard and no setup was performed as no cover was delivered with it !!! Promise #1 "a few days for new cover" promise #2 loaner cover "that afternoon " An oversized loaner cover was finally delivered on a Friday at 5pm. Start to finish was seamless! Customer service was excellent, delivered on time and product was exactly what was promised!Â
Honestly the worst triple mix in the city. Thought I would give it a try but there was literally zero peat moss in it and more sticks and rocks than any paid for soil should containÂ
Bought a hot tub over a year ago . Poor communication. Poor service. ! Hot tub still leaks . Would not recommendÂ
