Extremely, don’t even buy topsoil from them. I bought from them back in may to level my backyard and now my backyard if full of weeds. I put new sod last year and my backyard was in perfect condition but since ever i used top soil weeds are out of control.Â
Terrible customer service. Have gone there 2 times in the last month and asked for Algonquin river rock because it's more "interesting" then regular river rock. Same lady, both times took my name and number and said she would get some in next week and give me a call. 1 month later still no call and my firepit has no algonquin river rock. Don't waste your time.Â
Great experience - very prompt and good communication throughout. I'll be ordering again.Â
Adrian had my business polish a live bottom trailer he was trying to sell. He still has not paid the extremely overdue invoice. Would not recommend working with London Landscape. Update - Calling the office gets you false promises, but does nothing.Â
