1 star 2025 The last payement for our car was on june 2025 ! We were very happy as we needed a financial break. End of August 2025, the car started to make a weired sound. Took it in to get it check.... the engine is failing and we need a new 1 ! Price $12,000. The review is not for the staff, they were all great and nice For the exception of the guy who convinced us to buy the extended warranty back in 2018! He deserves - 1 star !! A cheat and liar. Jocelyn was extra extraordinary! She was friendly and explained fully all the paperwork to me. My satisfaction was very important to her. I hope you get an opportunity to have her as your sales person. You won’t find anyone better than Jocelyn! Gavin provided excellent service! He showed me how to work the dashboard. He showed me the different options of how I could setup my dashboard. He also told me that I was welcome to come back at any time if I had questions or needed help. I booked a morning appointment for 3 recalls and dropped the car off for 8am. I was told it would be a couple of hours so I didnt stay. I called at 2pm and it hadnt even been in the shop yet ! I went and picked it up without the work being done. I hope the next visit will be better The next appointment that I booked for the recalls was better than I anticipated. The work was done in no time and the staff were great !
