What happened, you guys? I am trying to book an appointment for the service. Nobody is answering, not even the reception staff. It's too hard to speak to someone.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at London Kia. From the moment I purchased my vehicle, the process has been frustrating and stressful. As this was my first new car purchase, it was especially disheartening to have such a poor experience. Communication has been lacking, follow-up service appointments have been disorganized, and it feels like customer satisfaction is not a priority. Poor service. I booked my wife's van in for a recall repair and Becky was great on the phone. Then when I arrived for my appointment the service guy told me there was no recall for a power sliding door, and there would be a charge for an inspection. I told him I was there for a recall and showed him the booking on my phone (I booked my original appointment using my VIN online). He repeated again there was no recall, told me he's "been at KIA for 30 years and knows what he's talking about," and said he would show me how to ch... read more
