Unfortunately, the process of booking service and understanding what my car required was frustrating and not well supported. The associate assisting me provided incorrect information and directed me to the wrong contacts for answers. However, the service technician, Lohit, was excellent. He took the time to explain the work needed, honoured what had been incorrectly promised by his colleague, and ensured everything was resolved before we left.
