Dec ‘24. Noticed shield falling off bottom of car. Booked car in, part ordered. Heard nothing during the winter. Late winter, early spring, stopped in, told part was in. Booked appointment. Arrived for appointment, eventually told part was not in, that I had declined repair. Why would I be following up and making an appointment if I had declined the repair? June 9. Abdul Rashid was great! Definitely recommend to go see him if buying a car!
After going weeks without a car, being financially affected by a service that was covered under warranty for an issue I didn't cause, I get my car back and the radio doesn't work. When asked about this, was told that it must not have worked when it was dropped off. Because people drive around with radios that don't work apparently??? Incidentally this also affects the use of my phone and back up camera. After circling multiple car dealerships this by far was the worst experience I had, the staff is not welcoming and rude and I felt like I was on the staffs time and not my time! I entered the dealership looking for a used car and was immediately pressured to try and buy a new car and when I said my budget (20k for a used car for a teenager) after my sons transmission blew out.
