Great service and support. London And Kent Roofing recently fitted a new Velux skylight above the shower area in my bathroom. They were very fast to visit and provide a free estimate, also prompt to schedule the fitting. Work was completed to a good standard and fair price, communication and support has been fantastic. Was really disappointed when I was provided a quote of almost £4,500 to install 2 sun tunnels. They are quick to fit so do not understand this daylight robbery. When I contacted Velux for installation of tripple roof windows the quote was similar, but the job is more extensive and takes longer so the price quoted is justifiable. My advice is to shop around.
I used London & Kent Roofing Ltd for a large roofing repair, repointing a chimney stack and capping off a couple of chimney pots. The quote was fair and done on time and despite me not going ahead with job until a good 6 months later, they honoured the price and details of the job. The point of contact for the job is Joanne whom I found to be really helpful and did her best to reassure my nervousness about the logistics of the job.
