Terrible customer service – As an expensive East Hampton jeweler I would expect at least the level of customer service you'd get at a neighborhood store. Over the years, unfortunately, I have spent several thousand dollars at this store. However, faced with a design flaw with one of their watches, they have refused to repair the defect without charging several hundred dollars.
