Well I had my name on a list for months for a Rolex that I wanted to buy for my 40th birthday. Two salespeople helped me with my list, Donell and Kim. I went next door to the jewelry part and John helped me when I saw a bangle I liked. At the time, my husband said no to the bangle but planned on surprising me. I was told if I didn’t buy the bangle I would go lower on the list for the watch and if I turned down the first watch I put on my list I would never be asked for another watch again. Had a great experience! Alberto assisted my wife and I with the purchase of her first Rolex. He had my wife look and try on a few different models until she found want she was looking for. Incredibly disappointed by the racist and discriminatory behaviors displayed in this store by the manager.
Go ahead and come to this location if you are okay with blatent racism and prejudice against people of color bc that's what Andy is all about, your behavior is gross Andy I don't gaf how long you've been in the jewelry business, I hope you loose your job and if not that your credibility and respect. What will it take for you to learn your behavior is unacceptable?
