While I do feel that Dr. London's decisions are based on much experience (or so I hope) and he is polite to my child in person, he is rushes through appointments. When talking to him for any questions by phone, Dr. London is rude and insulting. He is not thorough and uses the phrase "I don't know what to tell ya'" repeatedly, and then suggests I research medication rather than talking about side effects with me. I would go elsewhere if my health insurance was not so limiting.

Dr. London does not care about his patients. He is in this profession for the money, not to help people. He spends a very short amount of time with his patients, typically about 15 minutes despite a long wait. He shows zero empathy or compassion, and is quick to hospitalize patients who express suicidal ideation instead of considering less intrusive methods of helping them. But of course, he's on staff at Havenwyck, so a hospital stay means more money to line his pockets. See someone else.

Dr. London seemed to be more concerned with getting paid then helping his patient. He offered no useful advice, barely registered any emotion and could not provide any referral assistance when I went to college. He was difficult to make appointments with and never seemed sincerely interested in providing real help.
