I fly frequently and today’s check in both at the air canada bag drop and at the gate was the absolute worst check in experience I have ever had! The 2 gentlemen who are working this afternoon have a dismissive, arrogant demeanour. There was not a hello or a greeting of any kind and I was spoken to by both gentlemen as if I were inconveniencing them simply by breathing. If you hate the general public so much, find a different career because I’m way too busy to deal with this kind of pompous nonsense!!!!
