RecommendedI want to wholeheartedly thank the lady that bought the pizza for Sunwing flight 475 that was diverted from Hamilton ! Wishing I had your name to thank you personally � We checked out of Punta Cana at 11:15 AM. The plane ran out of food. We were STARVING by 9 PM on arrival to London and had a 2+ hour wait for buses to take us back to Hamilton to get our vehicles to drive home. We arrived home at 3 AM. Thanks Bonnie for your feedback. I would like to clarify that is was Sunwing Vacations and their representatives who organized the pizza for their passengers. Our staff were there to help get it delivered to the holding lounge.
We have been in contact with several of the staff in customer relations regarding a screw-up during the hour of power with the air show back in September. Our flight was delayed so long that we missed our connection and it messed up our trip. They seemed to have forgotten about the flights that had been scheduled during that time! Very simple airport!! Friendly employees... will go there every opportunity!! Parking a bit expensive.. 50 bucks a week.. should have discounts for longer stays... ie: two weeks plus... overall easy and pain free!! First time flying west jet!! Loved it! Will go with them again for sure!!

Thanks Flo for your review. You will find our parking is discounted quite substantially. Our hourly rate of $2 is capped at $15 per day, rather than the $48 if you pay the hourly rate. Our weekly rate is comparable to what is charged per day at Pearson. However, we are happy you enjoyed your trip with WestJet and us and look forward to seeing you again.
