Love YXU, it's well worth to use YXU instead of taking the Robert Q bus to YYZ as the cost is the same to fly from YXU to YYZ (if you are making flight conection in YYZ). No more Robert Q bus for me! Wishing Tim Hortons would be inside the the secured area or gate.

Good customer service at the two restaurants (Tim Hortons before security, and a liquor-licensed restaurant in the secure area). Because it is a small airport, the security line tends to be quite short. That's quite nice. Parking is very affordable compared to Pearson airport. It's also very easy to request a taxi at the airport. There are no flights that currently fly from this airport to Chicago or any other US location, unfortunately.

Hi Ken - thanks for taking the time to write a review. When United pulled out of London, we knew this would affect many of our passengers. However, the work continues to meet with the various airlines to try to get more destinations available from YXU. With the winter charters starting soon, we will have Orlando back as a destination with WestJet Vacations. Not what you were looking for, perhaps, but as London grows, we will grow and continue to add more destinations.
It was a nice place! Didn't get too much to look around, but the service was very nice! Thanks again to the staff there. :)
