Website is incredibly misleading. Promises 100% commission or $199 flat fee per transaction but after receiving a call from recruiter Memo it’s actually ~$799 per transaction and on most deals is a 90%/10% split. When I told him this is less than what I was offered by some of the best brokerages in the area his response was “well, you get what you pay for.” That’s right Memo—I will get better services from an actual reputable brokerage who does not charge as much AND does not operate through SMOKE & MIRRORS trying to swindle... read more
