I had such a wonderful experience with London Florist. I ordered arrangements for both my mom and mother-in-law for Mother’s Day, but accidentally entered the wrong zip code for my mother-in-law, which placed her outside their delivery area. Without any hassle or extra effort on my part, London Florist went above and beyond by coordinating with a local florist in my mother-in-law’s town to make sure the flowers were still delivered on time. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered flowers for a funeral and specifically stated that I wanted to spend approximately $75.00 on the arrangement, plus delivery. The total cost came to over $90.00. I also clearly requested that the flowers not be placed in a vase. What was delivered bore little resemblance to what I expected for the price paid. Great floral, greenhouse and gift store! The main entrance is the gift shop and in the back and towards the right is the greenhouses and garden center. There’s a wide assortment of gifts including candles, wreaths, wind chimes, special occasions cards, books and plush toys just to name a few. The garden center offers almost any variety of flowers. I ordered flowers for my mom, over the phone, I appreciate how good the customer service was, Tasha was very helpful with picking out the right flowers, and they delivered my order within an hour or so of placing it. Beautiful greenhouse with many unique hard to find plants, along with common bedding plants and vegetable plants. The greenhouses are neat and clean and plant displays are amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff too!
