Very disappointed with this dental clinic. My insurance is active and covered, yet every time I call to book a follow-up appointment for my daughter’s painful tooth, they tell me they will call back and never do. I have never dealt with such unprofessional service before. The receptionist is very rude and the communication is terrible. They clearly do not care about their patients or urgent situations. Would not recommend this clinic at all.
