Worst experience ever. Contract them at your peril. i contacted London Xtreme Clean on behalf of my father, who needed assistance to clean up his house. I was no aware at the time that it was not a local business, but run out of Ottawa. The woman Lisa who came to do the estimate was very personable, met with my father and me, and made a lot of assurances that not only would she be at the event, but that it would be done in a sensitive ,caring and thorough manner. Poor communication! I called to rent an Ozone machine, and the guy said someone will call me back. I've been calling for a few days now and they're ghosting me. They can't even pick up the phone, or call back. Would not recommend.
I had Extreme Clean do a job for me that was very unsanitary, filthy and full of garbage among many other things I could not describe. Firstly Sarah (admin) was unbelievable in helping deal with this situation, her calls and understanding and kindness went above and beyond. I just want to express how good Erin’s team is. They were given the worst clean up I have ever seen and within a few hours they managed to get most of the smell out and the apartment in proper condition. They take great care of not tracking the mess throughout the building. Very nice people to work with and will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much for everything you and your team did!!!!!
