Dr. Bhalla was kind and attentive when I was referred to her for intense tooth pain - she listened to my issue and was able to diagnose the problem with ease based on imaging - and explain it so I understood! On the day of my root canal she treated me with the utmost care and expertise - I couldn't have felt more at ease about the whole experience! Very professional. They explained everything clearly and kept asking if everything was ok during my root canal. I was worried about my tooth being fully frozen but Dr. Bhalla did a great job and double checked before starting. A1 facility!
Dr. Bhalla and her team are excellent. From the moment I arrived until I left the building, they were professional, courteous, polite and very attentive to my needs. They even called with a follow up phone call a week later to ask how I was doing and to answer any questions or concerns (I had no concerns). Throughout the procedure, Dr. Bhalla calmly communicated what she was doing and what I might hear or feel as a result of the procedure. She was patient, an excellent communicator and very kind.
