Dr. Bhalla is so lovely! I was worried going into my root canal appointment but she was so knowledgeable, I knew I was in the right hands. She explained what she was doing the entire time, and frequently asked me how I was doing. She definitely cares about the patient experience. Thank you Dr. Bhalla!
I don't know about actual dentistry work but as of person to person communication this place sucks I was told to go here to get a tooth replaced and they are only going to do half a tooth and send me back to the original location I came from. I've never seen so much ignorance like what come from the lead dentist in this office, I would never recommend this place for anybody it seems like a gigantic money grab through back and forth dentist communication
I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Bhalla, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bhalla took the time to explain the entire process beforehand, which really helped ease my nerves. This clinic got me in quicker than anyone else would. The staff was so friendly, quick and helpful. Dr. Bhalla walked me through everything. What to expect. What I would feel. What I would hear. Possible side effects. How to handle them. Amazing communication. Her staff felt so warm and friendly. Karen was such a calming presence. I’m very thankful for their help. I was in so much pain and thanks to them - I didn’t have to be in pain for a long time.
I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist. However, Dr Bhalla made a root canal far more seamless than a filling for a cavity. She was extremely informative, took the time to educate me on the process, and the first thing I told my wife when I got home is if she ever needs a root can, that is where she has to go. I had no pain during the process or after. Extremely impressed , would recommend her to anyone !
