Over a year later I still have Warranty Certificate issue!!!! Over a year later the warranty certificate was not delivered, as promised, by Mark D. when the work was completed. My follow up calls were not returned. It took 6 months to get a paper but the Company does not confirm if the completed work is registered against the warranty certificate in their system. I asked the company for a confirmation to confirm that the work is registered in Eco-Metal's system so whoever calls their office in the future can validate the war... read more
