No personality whatsoever. Not informed about the proper tapering off of anti psychotics. He is out of touch with clients, and prefers to sell expansive and useless herbal remedies. He is clueless to the work of Dr, Abram Hoffer, or Dr. Peter Breggin, which is quite surprising considering that he sells himself off as an alternative to the medical industrial complex! Very disappointed with the quality of care our son received from Dr London. He did not take the time to listen to our concerns and instead treated us as an annoying inconvenience tagging along on visits. Our concerns regarding the medicine that was being prescribed fell on deaf ears. In fact, many of our concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears. I would leave 0 stars if I could. He refuses to read my son's medication history and keeps suggestion meds that he has tried before and that have caused problems. Got belligerent and very nasty to me on the phone.
I'm sorry to say my experience has been a negative one. I've been going to him for several years because there are not many choices to pick from in my area and my previous psychiatrist retired. He pushes a certain line of vitamin supplements, which I find annoying. In addition, like many doctors, he is money- motivated and ends the office visit the minute the allotted time ends, even if you're in the middle of a sentence. Furthermore, he has a very reserved personality, somewhat cold.
Dr. London is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He is also extraordinarily competent. A++
I have been seeing Dr. London for almost a year. I came to him at the worst time of my life, after losing my Mother to cancer. He's helped me battle grief/depression/anxiety/PTSD with a very kind and reassuring demeanor. Very smart doctor who treats the body and mind as a whole, as it should be. He's built up my immune system that was completely exhausted from stress. Excellent therapist! A kind man who truly listens and cares. Office environment clean, beautiful decor, very relaxing. Dr. London has been treating me for a condition called SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Over growth). After 2 years of seeing several other doctors without a diagnosis I was referred to Dr. London. He very quickly correctly diagnosed my gut issues and began treating me. He is a caring doctor who listens closely to your story. In a short period of time I began to gain back the 25 pounds that I had lost and now feel as healthy as I did several years ago. He is a first rate doctor.
Dr. London has been helping me with depression and OCD. He has been very helpful and involved in my treatment.
This doctor is a gem. He's the real deal and the best-kept secret on the East Coast. His knowledge of the human condition is truly holistic. His level of care is deep and professional. He may be the last psychiatrist who gets to the heart of a person's suffering, unlike most doctors who would prefer to write out a prescription and be done with it. He has helped my family inordinately and I thank him for that....
