Never showed up! No text/call. I waited 15min then called another barber literally down the street and got in. I understand things come up and even stylists have to reschedule which I would not have been mad at. Stylists created a 20pg rule book and want their clients to call, always be on time etc. But we need the same standards from our stylists/barbers!
