Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that!
