Originally the home of cowboy artist Lon Megargee, this last remaining authentic Arizona hacienda is still decorated with southwestern art and trappings. The Hermosa Inn's fine dining room features a tempting array of Arizona-inspired and contemporary American dishes. Among the more unique are the Texas Wild Boar Chop on sweet potato risotto with spinach, corn and black-eyed peas and the Osso Buco on Kalamata Olive Risotto with Provencal Vegetables.

This place is an amazing escape for a staycation in the valley! It felt like we were in an oasis with all of the green landscaping and beautiful flowers. We stayed for our anniversary and it was perfect. It was so quiet and relaxing. The customer service is top notch with turndown service, fresh baked cookies in your room every night, and a wonderful surprise of yummy chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. We celebrated our anniversary here! We received the nicest reception, extra special touches, a beautiful card and flower petals on our table at Lon's at dinner! Oh, and I can't forget our beautiful anniversary dessert. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and everyone we came into contact with was exceptionally kind and helpful. The warm chocolate chip cookies were an extra special treat when we first checked in!
Great place with tons of character. Food is always wonderful.
Had a great stay with my wife over the weekend at the Hermosa Inn, and loved every minute of it. We also had a lovely dinner at Lon's at the Hermosa, where the meal was delicious and the service was impeccable. We will certainly be back!
