Horrible customer service !!! As the only emergency room in town and in Lompoc the customer service from the Doctor himself was insane ! I went in for a visit for my 7 month old babies ear . My baby has a syst looking pimple inside of his ear that is causing discomfort and pain to my baby . I go in to see what the issue is or if it’s something possibly more serious and was told by the Doctor himself that this is not an emergency to him in his eyes . I work in the medical field, so I am very patient and understanding when things are busy. I went into the ER with concern with my right arm suddenly going completely numb. It felt like deadweight sharp pain in my right shoulder area down to my elbow. I just didn’t feel completely right I went in Was seen within about 20 minutes for the triage. L A G . Me and my girlfriend have been here for her to get a ST scan and we have been waiting for 2 hours almost 3 and she hasn’t even gotten scanned and only got asked the same questions 3 times. This hospital from my experience is the only hospital I’ve seen where the others are fine but the vibes here are just not it. You don’t need to keep her there if you guys don’t value others health or safety. We have a life too
