All the staff—from the registration desk to X-ray, pulmonology, nursing, nursing assistants, and the NP—were amazing. We were seen right away, and the care we received was excellent.

Horrible customer service !!! As the only emergency room in town and in Lompoc the customer service from the Doctor himself was insane ! I went in for a visit for my 7 month old babies ear . My baby has a syst looking pimple inside of his ear that is causing discomfort and pain to my baby . I go in to see what the issue is or if it’s something possibly more serious and was told by the Doctor himself that this is not an emergency to him in his eyes . I work in the medical field, so I am very patient and understanding when things are busy. I went into the ER with concern with my right arm suddenly going completely numb. It felt like deadweight sharp pain in my right shoulder area down to my elbow. I just didn’t feel completely right I went in Was seen within about 20 minutes for the triage. They took my temperature and my blood pressure and then told me they were gonna order a CT while I waited and then once the doctor saw me, I will have to have that done. They throw me ... read more
