Although service was friendly enough the outcome of the floral arrangement I ordered was disappointing. It looked nothing like what I wanted.it turned out much smaller and cheap looking although I paid over a hundred dollars for the arrangement and delivery. It was already a sad occasion and when I saw the small arrangement I became even sadder.
I called and placed a phone order. We apparently had a miscommunication, because what was delivered was not what I had in mind. I called them back with my concern, and they wanted to make it right. They delivered another bouquet and totally nailed it! I SO APPRECIATE businesses that take customer service seriously. It's so rare nowadays. I would highly recommend this small business because they want to do what's right!
